Product Description

This Handheld Cylinder Dot Peen Marking Machine, designed for marking the shoulder of liquefied natural gas (LNG) cylinders, is an evolution of our best-selling standard cylinder Marking Machine. It eliminates the fixing ring used for regular small and medium-sized gas cylinders, replacing it with an upgraded enlarged electromagnet, a tilting positioning plate, and a standard-length Marking Needle. This allows for one-click adsorption and stable marking on the curved shoulder of 2–150 kg LNG cylinders. Commonly used cylinders with capacities of 2 kg, 5 kg, 15 kg, and 50 kg can be used without adjustment. At its core, this LNG cylinder marking machine is equipped with a powerful K8 controller, supporting various language inputs and marking, and features automatic code switching, date, batch, and graphic import capabilities. If customers require Other special symbols or company logos, they can simply import them via USB flash drive for immediate application, achieving "one machine, multiple cylinders; one cylinder, one code" for permanent global traceability.
