This Handheld Cylinder Dot Peen Marking Machine, specifically designed for marking the shoulder of liquefied natural gas (LNG) cylinders, is derived from our best-selling standard cylinder Marking Machine. It eliminates the fixed steel ring used for smaller cylinders, replacing it with an upgraded, larger electromagnet, a tilting positioning plate, and a standard-length Marking Needle for fixing and marking the shoulder of 2–150 kg LNG cylinders. Commonly used cylinders in the industry, such as 2 kg, 5 kg, 15 kg, and 50 kg, can be used directly without any clamping adjustments. The core of this LNG cylinder marking machine uses the mature T6 controller, supporting alphanumeric input and automatic code skipping, date recall, importing, and marking specific graphics. If customers require Other languages ??or special symbols, they can simply import font files via USB flash drive, expanding the machine to achieve permanent traceability with "one machine for multiple cylinders, one code per cylinder."
