Product Description

To meet the needs of customers in the industrial gas industry, we have developed a patented electromagnet Fixture specifically for gas cylinders, building upon the standard Handheld Cylinder Dot Peen Marking Machine. This fixture allows for one-click adsorption and single-handed positioning. This Marking Machine is now stably operating on the production lines of several leading gas and fire extinguisher suppliers across five continents. The equipment covers three mainstream cylinder sizes: ?88 mm, 108 mm, and 118 mm, and is compatible with commonly used containers such as O?, CO?, argon, and nitrogen. The extended Marking Needle is specially developed for curved surfaces, ensuring no distortion of the lettering. It achieves a single-stroke depth of 0.3–0.6 mm, remaining clearly legible even after painting, easily meeting the stringent requirements of DOT, TPED, ISO, GB, and Other regulations for permanent steel stamp marking. For customers requiring other irregularly shaped cylinders or different materials, the same platform can be expanded by simply changing the clamps and needle sleeves, achieving a flexible "one machine, multiple cylinders" marking solution.
