Desktop Scribing Machine for Watches

This watch case scoring machine is used to engrave information such as material name and anti-counterfeiting serial number on 316L and 904L steel and titanium alloys for mechanical watches from brands like Rolex. This customer, who supplies Rolex and various Swatch Group brands, learned about our scoring machine production and flew from Hong Kong with their own case jig for proofing. After commissioning, they purchased our prototype, ordered additional machines, and licensed the patented jig drawings to us for production. The jig can be manually adjusted to accommodate watch cases with dial diameters ranging from 35 to 56mm, and the angle can be flexibly adjusted to accommodate the marking requirements of different watch designs.
