?6mm 8mm 12mm Scribe Marking Needle 96 HRA Carbide Tungsten Steel Core Diamond Tip Deep Depth Engraving Carving Pin Stylus for Pneumatic Micro Percussion Stamping Machine

The engraving system has excellent marking aesthetics, sharp marking lines, and a mirror like smooth internal surface. Its service life and noise performance are far superior to more common pneumatic or electric Dot Peen Marking Machines. The Marking Needles we produce use imported tungsten carbide steel with a hardness of up to 96 HRC as the needle core substrate. Due to the higher pressure and wear of the marking system on the needle core than the pneumatic Dot Peen Marking Machine, it is usually used for marking on metal or hard plastic surfaces with a hardness of 60 HRC or less when treated with titanium plated needle tips. The marking needles treated with diamond embedded needle tips can be used for almost all metal workpieces with a hardness of 68 HRC or less and have a longer lifespan. Our self-developed engraving system and engraving needle have been further optimized for noise related design. Under the same depth and speed conditions, the impact noise is only about 55dB, and the engraving noise is even lower than 40dB. The overall average working noise is below 45dB, leading all Other engraving system brands currently on the market.
