The 12mm depth Marking Machine is an important part of the Marking Machine system we jointly developed with a Middle Eastern marking machine brand. It requires stronger 20mm guide rail support and higher air pressure drive to achieve single marking depth of 0.4-1mm on steel workpieces. Afterwards, we developed a 6mm model based on the 12mm deep marking needle, and provided this series of marking needles, along with the supporting reinforcement guide rail, needle seat, etc., as a deep marking reinforcement kit for customers who need deep marking needs to modify or select existing Dot Peen Marking Machines. It is particularly suitable for applications such as steel pipes, steel structures, gas cylinders, flanges, valves, etc. that require high visibility of markings even after painting. The marking needles in this series all use tungsten carbide steel bars imported from the United States as the needle core substrate, with a typical service life of up to 3000 working hours.
