Product Description

This basic desktop Pneumatic Dot Peen Marking Machine (Model D01, D=Display) features a 140×80 mm working area and a separate design for the Marking Machine and controller, serving as a "visual starting point" for all desktop marking machines. This model uses a touchscreen controller for easier computer operation and can be automated by customers or technology integrators, quickly completing the deployment of Other automated production lines. Furthermore, this model can be equipped with various easy-to-use fixtures to achieve optimal marking efficiency or results, including a universal vise for small parts, manual, electromagnetic, or pneumatic nameplate clamps, and rotating clamps for small to medium-sized steel pipes, cylinders, flanges, and rings. As the base model for our desktop and benchtop pneumatic marking machines, this machine also uses a linear guide structure and high-performance solenoid valves, resulting in significantly superior performance in terms of vibration, marking effect, noise, and lifespan compared to popular cylindrical guide marking machines on the market. This marking machine uses the Thorx-6 operating system in its basic configuration, which can meet the needs of editing and marking English letters, numbers, symbols, Datamatrix codes, and custom graphics on regular workpieces, and can achieve automatic code skipping. In addition, for users who need to mark QR codes, dot matrix fonts and special fonts, or who need to mark content in less common languages, we can also upgrade to more powerful operating systems such as Kingmark 8 (K8), Thorx 9 (T9), and Thorx 7 (T7).
