It can be operated via USB or RJ232 interface and can be automated by the customer or a technology integrator, enabling unattended deployment in Other small production lines. Furthermore, this model can be equipped with various easy-to-use clamps to achieve optimal marking efficiency or results, including universal vises for small parts, manual, electromagnetic, or pneumatic nameplate clamps, and rotating clamps for small to medium-sized steel pipes, cylinders, flanges, and rings. As the base model of our desktop and benchtop pneumatic marking machines, this machine also uses a linear guide structure and high-performance solenoid valves, resulting in significantly superior performance in terms of vibration, marking effect, noise, and lifespan compared to popular cylindrical guide marking machines on the market. This marking machine uses the Thorx-6 operating system in its basic configuration, which can handle the editing and marking of standard workpieces with English letters, numbers, symbols, Datamatrix codes, and custom graphics, and can automatically skip codes. Furthermore, for users who need to mark QR codes, dot matrix fonts, and special fonts, we can upgrade to the more powerful Thorx-9 or Thorx-7 operating system.
