Product Description

This X-Y-Z three-axis MOPA Fiber Laser Marking Machine employs a 500*400*300mm mobile module and features a human-workpiece separation design tailored to the client's actual usage scenarios. The client possesses proprietary tooling and advanced automation deployment capabilities, so we omitted conventional aluminum or steel workbenches in the work area, instead pre-drilling screw holes according to the client's tooling drawings. The MOPA Fiber Laser Marking Machine can connect to the client's MES system and execute automated tasks via commands issued by their proprietary PLC. The PLC directs the conveyor belt to feed materials, then controls pneumatic tooling for clamping and positioning before initiating marking. Upon completion, the MOPA Fiber Laser Marking Machine sends a signal back to the PLC for unloading and continuous cycling, enabling 7*24-hour uninterrupted fully automated marking. The display and operation interface are located opposite the work area, allowing production engineers to monitor working status or adjust parameters while preventing personnel from entering hazardous zones.
