This handheld Flange Marking Machine is suitable for marking large flanges in small batches. It is developed based on our best-selling 130*30mm K3 handheld pneumatic Dot Peen Marking Machine. The cost of a custom desktop rotary marking system for large flanges is high, and the economic efficiency is poor when the quantity is small, and it is difficult to recover the cost. For this reason, we use a handheld flange marking machine for simple operation. The marking machine is handheld and fixed to the edge of the flange through a flexible and customizable flange tooling. By manually adjusting the tilt angle of the marking machine while marking, a better quality marking inner cylinder can be achieved, and the efficiency is 10 times that of manual engraving with a traditional electric engraving pen. In addition, the bottom slider of the handheld flange marking machine can be quickly removed, so that it can be marked on the flat surface of an installed large flange or valve in the same way as a conventional flange marking machine.
