Product Description

This desktop 3D uv laser marking machine represents our advancement of the "Marking Machine" concept into the era of curved surfaces: a 5–20 W UV laser + 3D dynamic focusing scanning galvanometer, with a working range from 100×100×40 mm to 300×300×80 mm, it can rotate synchronously to achieve 360° distortion-free marking on complex surfaces such as spheres, tapers, and steps. The 355 nm UV cold light with its extremely small heat-affected zone makes it resistant to ablation on heat-sensitive materials such as glass, crystal, and plastic, and can also leave high-contrast permanent marks on stainless steel, copper, and aluminum alloys. With either a chuck or belt clamp, round tubes, round caps, and irregularly shaped parts can all be marked in one clamping operation. If customers still require impact-type depth marking on some metal parts, a miniature Pneumatic marking machine can be configured side-by-side with this Laser Marking Machine, sharing the desktop support. Laser and pneumatic dual processes can be switched at any time, allowing a single production line to meet all "engraving" and "marking" needs.
