1. Before assembling Laser Cleaning Machine, keep the equipment clean as much as possible; keep the optical instruments in the dry and clean room at 10℃ to 35℃. Usually, a separate closed production workshop must be ensured to ensure room temperature, the wooden floor must be painted or tiled, and air conditioning must be installed.
2. The customer should ensure the applicability of the main power supply, at least 2500 watts of single-phase asynchronous motor power supply, and the Automatic
Laser Cleaner must be assembled in the main power supply circuit breaker and maintenance; it is forbidden to use a triangular power plug.
3. The main power supply provided by the customer needs to be grounded, and it is forbidden to connect to the ground.
4. Cool the circulating water with a deionized water circulation system water tank. If there is no deionized water, it can be replaced with pure water. After the circulating system cooling water has been used for a period of time, it should be replaced promptly (at least two weeks of water) to avoid affecting the efficiency of the laser generator.
