1. Place a test piece (the workpiece being tested) of the same height as the
Automatic Platform Laser Welder workpiece on the workbench or production line and ensure it is properly positioned.
2. Perform Automatic Platform Laser Welder testing using the
Laser Welding Machine monitoring software. To optimize the testing results, perform the following adjustments:
1) Adjust the focal length by adjusting the head lift device.
Adjust parameters such as power and speed in the Laser Welding Machine software.
Enter the software, double-click the print date, and use the mouse to drag the print position to the appropriate location.
2) After completing the above steps, perform a test print.
3) Once the test is complete, repeat the test on the workpiece.
